I did a lot today even though for the past week or so ive been crazy sick with a (probably) kidney infection
thats a whole other thing to get into because trying to get help with my sickness lately has been an absolute travesty but im on antibiotics now and doing much better so im just fingers crossed thats all that was wrong, because all week ive felt 5 seconds from death and if theres a fraction of a chance ill get worse again please just strike me down now
but with finally feeling almost 100% again today, i went out with my best friend for a bit because there was a local focus group about a cafe near me and i had much to say.
but afterwards we went around the charity shops and i picked up a poncho-y shawl-y thing im very excited about, though it had some ugly really weird looking stringy colourful pockets and collar, but i removed those :3 (ignore that im wearing a hoodie under it in the picture, i needed a casual dress day today i beg), and some new high heels! i actually wasnt going to buy them at first because in my mind i have way too many shoes, but i was incredibly swayed the moment the shop owner told me they were just my size without even asking, and he was exactly right.
theyre a little smaller than my typical high heels and im excited about that because i need more shoes i can wear casually (which is moderately formal for anybody else).
next week im back to 6th form and im a little nervous for it as over this entire 6 week period, ive not done a single bit of the homework i was meant to, or caught up on the work i was missing beforehand, but if i am anything, i am a crammer and i WILL be one of the few to have even done the work, thus still pleasing my stringent teachers expectations that have been dragged down again and again by my very lazy classes.
however, im going back even more confident than ever, with even more gothic clothing and makeup, so i can go back to treating every day like a fashion show and less like a morgue.
im excited to get back into the swing of things now that im no longer sick regardless, i have a lot of commission stuff to be working on and thats a little hard when youre shaking so much you cant even see the thread, let alone thread a needle.
